Cancellation Policy
Studio 2 requires at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. I understand that emergencies and illnesses happen. If you have an unexpected emergency or become sick, please call or text me as soon as possible. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows without communication, may be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Thank you for respecting my time and understanding that last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill appointment times.
